Customer Service Executive – Fresh Graduates Welcome!

Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor (Work in Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,500 - RM 2,800/month
• KPI Incentive
• Training provided – no customer service experience required
• 5 working days per week

Working Hours

• Shift schedule between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• 9.5 working hours per day
• 5 days per week

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification with a passing grade
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good English communication skills (speaking, reading and writing)
• Minimum Versant English score of 60
• Willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers through phone calls, live chat and email
• Respond to customer enquiries and concerns
• Provide accurate information and professional customer support
• Maintain good customer service standards
