1. Target Achievement and Performance Improvement

• Achieving overall outlet performance .
• Product sales and campaigns achievement.
• Ensuring overall staff performance aligns with target objectives and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) compliance.

2. Operational Compliance and Implementation

• Enforcement and monitoring of various operational activities
• Implementation and sustainment of dealer compliance

3. To monitor and identify irregularities in the area as follows:

• Outstanding cash job
• Invoice reversal and zero invoice.
• Credit collection and debtors management.
• Stock month.
• Warranty Rejection.

4. Parts and Facility

• Stock monitoring, inventory management, and parts disposal/collection
• Asset and facility management (Tools, Equipment, Furniture and Fittings)

5. Human Resources and Manpower Planning

• HR planning and produxtivity/ labur utilization monitoring

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
