Executive - Customer Service Privilege Circle
Responsibilities
- To handle customer enquiries and requests
- Prompt follow through to resolve customers’ enquiries
- To coordinate and liaise with other departments and suppliers for Privilege Circle events
- To plan, organize and execute business plans and work assignments of Privilege Circle Centre
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holders with 1 year working experience in Call Centre or Customer Service environment
- Possesses good problem solving skills
- Service oriented and excellent communication skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
