Role Overview

The Executive - Data Automation will be responsible for managing data analytics, MIS reporting, dashboard development, automation of operational processes, and business intelligence to support data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency through reporting accuracy, automation, and insightful analytics.

Key Responsibilities

MIS, Reporting Data Management

• Prepare, validate, and maintain operational MIS, LMS, assessment, and management reports while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

  Analytics Business Intelligence

• Develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, analyze operational trends, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

  Process Automation Digital Solutions

• Automate repetitive reports, workflows, notifications, and operational processes using automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

  Database Reporting Governance

• Manage operational databases, perform data validation and reconciliation, standardize reporting formats, and ensure reporting governance and data quality.

  Continuous Improvement Stakeholder Support

• Support operational teams with analytical insights, identify process improvement opportunities, resolve reporting issues, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

  Qualifications Skills Required

• B. Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) / MBA (Business Analytics) or equivalent

• 2-5 Years in MIS, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Process Automation

• Required Technical Skills:

• Advanced MS Excel

• Power Query

• Power BI

• SQL

• Advanced Google Sheets

• Python (Preferred)

• Power Automate (Preferred)
