Executive-Delivery

Job Purpose

The incumbent would be responsible for fulfilling the transportation needs of the company and in charge of delivery of the shipments. He/she shall also be required to pick up and drop off employees using company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver shipments on time
• Drive company vehicles to pick up or drop off employees
• Ensure that all deliveries have been signed and delivered to the correct recipient
• Keep vehicles clean and serviced
• Perform regular maintenance on vehicles
• Assist with loading and unloading operations
• Collect and deliver mail, packages and equipment; and maintain records of all deliveries and distributions.
• Assist with inventory management whenever required
• Should be prepared to work outside office hours and on weekends

Qualifications

1. 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
2. Higher Secondary School Certificate

Skills and Competencies

1. UAE driver’s license manual with at least 3 years of experience
2. Conversant with the road network and traffic regulations of UAE
3. Preferable to have skills in minor vehicle repairs

Languages

Required: English

Preferred: Arabic/ Malayalam/ Tamil/ Hindi
