All Statutory payments like GST, TDS, P.Tax ESI, EPF, Railway Rake, Electricity duty and Vendor related payments through internet banking.

• Filing Quarterly TDS & TCS returns where volume of data is huge for an Operating Company, Investment Companies, NBFC.

• TDS on Salary and coordinating with HR Team for matching the same with HR Mantra for Form 16.

• Profession Tax Return filing, Trade License & Property Tax payment, Completion of Bank KYC of all Group Companies.

• Supporting Sr. Manager in preparation of details & Paper Book for Income Tax matters under Scrutiny & Appeal.

• Calculating monthly TDS liability where volume of data is huge for an Operating Company, Investment Companies, NBFC and ensuring its timely deposit.

• Maintaining & Finalizing accounts of Investment Companies & NBFC and coordinating/facilitating Auditor for release from their end.

• Maintaining & Finalizing accounts Directors & Promoters family members upto Balance Sheet level .

• Maintaining & Finalizing accounts of Trust, getting it Audited, Filing its Income Tax Returns, Doing compliances as per IT Act applicable to Trust (Form 10, Form- 10BD, 10BB & ITR-7).

• Filing Income Tax Returns of Directors & Promoters family members and Investment Companies & NBFC.

• Tax Audit Preparation & filing for Trust & Operating Company.

• NBFC Company RBI Return Filing & Compliances (DNBS -2, DNBS -13 & DNBS 10 etc).

• Maintaining & Finalizing Accounts of Manpower Supply Company, Full & Final Settlement of Employees, Reconciliations etc.

Candidates must be currently based in Kolkata, West Bengal only.
