What You’ll Lead:

• Drive excellence across all community operations, balancing quality care with strong financial performance

• Ensure compliance while maintaining the highest standards of care and service

What You Bring:

• Healthcare leadership experience (long-term care preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
