We are looking for an experienced Executive Director to provide strategic leadership for our brokerage business, working closely with the Board, senior management, and control functions to strengthen governance, ensure MiFID II and CySEC compliance, and drive the Company's long-term growth.

Role Overview

As Executive Director, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight of the Company's brokerage business, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with CySEC regulations, MiFID II, and the Company's governance framework.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide executive leadership for the Company's brokerage and investment services business.

· Oversee the Reception, Transmission and Execution of Orders (RTO/RTOE) function.

· Contribute to the development and execution of the Company's strategic objectives.

· Ensure effective governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across brokerage operations.

· Monitor business performance, operational efficiency, and key risk indicators.

· Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Product teams to ensure robust controls and client-focused solutions.

· Participate in Board meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making.

· Review management performance and support organisational growth and succession planning.

· Roster a culture of integrity, accountability, and regulatory excellence.

· Represent the Company in interactions with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders as required.

Requirements

· Residence in Cyprus is required.

· Significant senior management experience within a regulated investment firm, brokerage, wealth management, capital markets, or financial services organisation.

· Previous experience as an Executive Director, Board Member, Head of Brokerage, or other senior leadership role within a regulated financial institution.

· CySEC Advanced Certificate is an advantage, though not a formal requirement for this role.

· Strong knowledge of:

o Retail brokerage and investment services

o Order execution and brokerage operations

o Financial instruments and capital markets

o Corporate governance

o Risk management and internal controls

o MiFID II and the CySEC regulatory framework

· Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Fluent English.
