Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 | Full-Time

Since 1982, Patchogue-Medford Youth and Community Services has been a pillar of strength, guidance, and opportunity for local families. We believe in empowering youth and adults with the tools, recreation, and support they need to lead healthy, fulfilling lives. Now, we’re looking for a visionary, high-energy Executive Director to take the helm and drive our mission into its next chapter.

What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

As Executive Director, you aren't just managing operations—you are building community resilience and creating real, lasting change.

• Drive the Strategy: Champion our mission, expand our visibility, and set the trajectory for long-term growth.
• Empower the Team: Lead, recruit, supervise, and mentor a dedicated team of staff, interns, and volunteers across daily operations, programs, and facilities.
• Fuel the Mission: Oversee our ~$250,000 budget with fiscal precision while spearheading dynamic fundraising, grant writing, and donor recruitment efforts.
• Be the Face of the Agency: Cultivate vibrant partnerships with local businesses, elected officials, media, and community leaders.
• Innovate Community Programs: Direct frontline essential resources—including our Food Pantry, Clothes Closet, and youth learning programs—while designing bold new initiatives that meet evolving community needs.
