Provide senior leadership and strategic direction across business initiatives, manage key stakeholders, oversee complex projects, and ensure organizational objectives are delivered effectively. Develop strategies, monitor performance, and provide recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business initiatives and major projects
• Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans
• Manage relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee budgets, resources, timelines, and performance targets
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Lead and mentor senior teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, governance standards, and regulations
• Represent the organization in important business discussions and partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant professional or management experience
• Strong strategic planning and leadership skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and business operations
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Pay: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
