Executive Director

Marquette Alger Resolution Service is seeking an inspiring, energetic, innovative proven leader with a demonstrated passion for mediation and Restorative Practices. They will have a deep appreciation and commitment to helping those in our community work through difficult situations and guide them on a path to productive dispute resolution.

The Executive Director must have experience with board management, fiscal oversight, program development and management, fund raising, grant writing, governmental grants and contracts including reporting and data collection.

Applicant must have interest in helping our community through the services we provide in mediation, facilitation, and Restorative Justice.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or three years equivalent experience
• Demonstrate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and other word processing and database programs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to perform intake and case management with complex situations and challenging issues, marketing, and media outreach.
• Fiscal management and grant writing experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
