Executive Director

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive leadership within the assisted living or senior care industry, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the facility operates efficiently and meets all regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily operations, including resident care, staff management, budgeting, and facility maintenance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality assisted living services.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve organizational goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Director or in a senior leadership role within assisted living or senior care.
• In-depth knowledge of assisted living regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial operations effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to fostering a compassionate and resident-centered care environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• Possess an Assisted Living Manager license (Maryland)
