EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OPPORTUNITY | VIRGINIA

$110,000–$140,000 Base Salary + Significant Bonus Potential | Relocation Candidates Welcome

Redford Hearth is partnering with a high-end senior living client seeking an accomplished Executive Director to lead a thriving community in Virginia.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a people-centered, financially savvy leader who knows how to build strong teams, elevate culture, improve operations, and deliver measurable business results.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Base Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year
• Monthly Bonus: $1,500 for meeting or exceeding budgeted NOI based on a trailing 3-month period
• Quarterly KPI Bonus: $2,000 based on community performance and expense management
• Annual Bonus: 5% of NOI earned above the Stabilized NOI Target
• Longevity Bonus: $50,000 after 5 years of serv ice

What We're Looking For

The ideal Executive Director will bring:

• Proven senior living or healthcare leadership experience
• Strong emotional intelligence and exceptional people leadership skills
• Demonstrated financial and operational acumen
• A track record of driving results through people, culture, and operational excellence
• Stability in current or previous leadership roles, ideally 2–3+ years
• The ability to balance resident experience, team culture, compliance, and financial performance
• A mission-driven mindset with confidence leading high-performing teams
