Executive Director

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate strategies and business plans to achieve organizational objectives.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and investment projects.

• Lead and oversee daily business operations and management functions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, business partners, investors, and key stakeholders.

• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes within Mainland China.

• Provide strategic guidance to senior management and the Board of Directors.

• Drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and sustainable business development.

• Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and public engagements.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualifications will be an advantage.

• Minimum 10 years of senior management experience, with at least 5 years in a director-level or executive leadership role.

• Proven track record in business development, corporate management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.

• Strong understanding of the Mainland China business environment, policies, market trends, and regulatory framework.

• Extensive experience in developing business networks and managing key stakeholder relationships within Mainland China.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
