Position: Executive Director – Fit-Out & Interior Execution

Location: Benghazi - Libya

About Us We are a leading turnkey Construction Fit-Out and Interior Design firm specializing in high-end, mega-scale developments including airports, hospitals, universities, and commercial malls. Operating with fully integrated in-house architectural design and site execution divisions, we deliver complete end-to-end solutions—from initial concept and structural interface to premium civil finishing works (plaster, masonry, marble, joinery) and complex MEP/HVAC integration.

Position Overview We are seeking an executive-level leader to oversee the entire operational and financial lifecycle of our fit-out projects. Acting in an Executive Manager / Operations Director capacity, you will drive operational excellence, cross-departmental alignment, sub-contractor governance, and high-level project finance—ensuring overall profitability, strategic growth, and seamless execution across our flagship project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Finance & Budget Oversight: Direct full financial strategy, budget allocation, cost-control models, cash-flow forecasting, and overall profit-and-loss (P&L) performance for mega-scale projects.
• End-to-End Operational Leadership: Oversee cross-functional design, engineering, and site execution teams from concept phase through to final commissioning and client handover.
• Commercial & Subcontractor Governance: Lead major contractual negotiations, mitigate financial risks, manage sub-contractor engagements, and oversee procurement strategies for specialized materials.
• Technical & Inter-Departmental Alignment: Bridge communication between civil, architectural, MEP, HVAC, mechanical, and corporate finance departments to streamline operations and resolve executive-level roadblocks.
• Material & Technical Standard Enforcer: Maintain top-tier quality control across diverse finishing materials (marble, masonry, plastering, high-end woodwork) and complex MEP/HVAC site installations.

Key Requirements

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering (MBA / PMP preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years of executive management experience within large-scale fit-out, interior design, or general contracting firms.
• Financial Acumen: Deep background in project accounting, commercial risk analysis, budget management, and financial forecasting for high-value contracts.
• Technical Mastery: Strong working knowledge of civil finishing works, materials, HVAC, and MEP systems integration.
• Executive Leadership: High-level negotiation, strategic planning, and team leadership capabilities to direct multi-disciplinary internal divisions and external stakeholders.
