Executive Director: Insight Matters, Inc

The Executive Director leads daily operations, grants, finances, and community programs, and reports to the Board of Directors. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who wants to make a visible difference in rural communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage active grants, including tracking deliverables, reporting, compliance, and renewals
• Research and write new grant applications to grow and sustain funding
• Oversee finances in QuickBooks: budgets, reconciliation, invoicing, and funder reimbursements
• Serve as fiscal agent lead for partner coalitions and keep federal and state grants compliant
• Lead and support prevention coalition
• : meetings, action plans, and member engagement
• Coordinate prevention programs such as school presentations, overdose education, Rx Take Back Day, and community events
• Build relationships with schools, law enforcement, health districts, funders, and community partners
• Prepare regular reports for the Board and carry out the strategic direction it sets
• Maintain organizational records, accounts, and the website and social media

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Payette, ID 83661
