Base Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually + monthly incentive potential of $8,000–$10,000

The Opportunity

As Executive Director, you’ll lead facility operations and partner with clinical and department leaders to deliver quality care, strengthen financial performance, and build a culture of accountability, connection, and growth.

You’ll focus on:

• People: Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team while coaching department leaders.
• Care: Support resident-centered care, quality improvement, and positive resident and family experiences.
• Operations: Guide daily operations, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness.
• Performance: Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to support sustainable results.
• Growth: Build relationships with referral partners and the Omaha community to support census development.
• Culture: Be a visible, approachable leader who follows through and celebrates success.

What You Bring

• An active Nebraska Nursing Home Administrator license, or eligibility to obtain one before starting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing operations and applicable regulations.
• The ability to develop leaders, solve problems, and turn goals into measurable progress.
• A commitment to resident dignity, employee development, and operational excellence.

Previous skilled nursing administrator or executive director experience is preferred.

Compensation

• $110,000–$130,000 annual base salary
• Monthly incentive potential of $8,000–$10,000, subject to incentive plan terms and performance requirements
