General Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse operations team to ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain operational records and documentation
• Review the standard operations procedure from time to time to ensure it copes with the latest requirement and workflow
• Work with third party vendors and constantly review vendor’s performance
• Provide support in both internal and external audits
• Prepare regular operational reports and KPI for management’s review
• Conduct SOP trainings to internal staff
• Perform ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or distribution centre operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical mindset.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Good report writing and documentation skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese.
• Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or regulated logistics environments will be an advantage.
