Job Responsibilities

• Provide customer service including response customer query and concern by precise communication
• Attend customer calls professionally and timely.
• Corresponding with foreign customers
• Capable of resolving issues and handling customer complaints
• Accept booking and necessary update into the system within timeframe
• Understand customer needs and serve them with satisfaction
• Understand documentation & BL related issue.

• Experience: 1-2 years
• Education:
• Skills: global logistics, international logistics, distribution logistics, shipment coordination, import logistics, back office operations, international shipping knowledge, customer service skills, logistics software
