Job Summary
Responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation to executives, ensuring timely travel, proper vehicle maintenance, confidentiality, and basic safety and security support.

Job Description

• Safely and professionally transport executives to meetings, appointments, and other destinations.
• Monitor traffic and identify alternative routes to ensure timely arrival.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean, safe, and good working condition.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, registration, and other requirements.
• Assist with luggage, documents, and other items as requested.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the executive's personal and business matters.
• Coordinate with household, office, and security personnel as needed.
• Provide basic safety and security support and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Driver.
• With a valid Professional Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Experienced in driving executive or luxury vehicles.
• Knowledgeable in Metro Manila routes, traffic conditions, and navigation apps.
• Trustworthy, discreet, reliable, and professional.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Previous Bodyguard or Security Personnel experience is an advantage.
• Willing to stay-in at the assigned residence/location.
• Willing to work six (6) days per week with flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
