Executive Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport executives to meetings, appointments, events, and official engagements
• Ensure timely arrivals and departures based on schedules
• Maintain cleanliness and overall condition of the assigned vehicle
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance
• Practice defensive driving and comply with traffic laws and company policies
• Maintain confidentiality regarding executive activities and company information
• Assist with administrative errands, document handling, and other assigned tasks
• Report vehicle issues, incidents, or accidents promptly

Qualifications

✔ At least High School Graduate (vocational or technical training is an advantage)
✔ Valid Professional Driver's License
✔ Minimum of 3–5 years experience as an Executive Driver or Company Driver
✔ Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
✔ Familiar with major roads, routes, and traffic regulations
✔ Willing to render overtime, weekend, or holiday work when required
✔ Flexible with work schedules and Sunday duties when needed
