Executive Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly professional, reliable, and discreet Executive Driver to provide safe, comfortable, and timely transportation for senior executives, management, clients, and other authorized personnel. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent knowledge of local routes, defensive driving skills, punctuality, and a high level of confidentiality.

Job Description

• Provide safe, comfortable, and reliable transportation for executives and authorized personnel.
• Drive executives to meetings, appointments, business events, airports, and other destinations.
• Plan routes in advance and use GPS/navigation systems to avoid delays and traffic.
• Maintain strict punctuality and ensure executives arrive at destinations on time.
• Conduct daily inspections of the assigned vehicle and ensure it remains roadworthy.
• Keep the vehicle clean, polished, comfortable, and in excellent condition at all times.
• Monitor fuel levels, tyre condition, engine oil, and other basic vehicle requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure all vehicle documents, insurance, registration, and roadworthiness certificates are valid.
• Observe all traffic laws and practice defensive and safe driving at all times.
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the executive's movements, conversations, meetings, and personal information.
• Assist executives with luggage, documents, packages, and other items when required.
• Provide support with official errands and transportation-related tasks.
• Maintain professional and courteous relationships with executives, clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Report accidents, vehicle faults, security concerns, or other incidents immediately.
• Remain available and flexible to accommodate changes in the executive's schedule.
• Perform other driving and support duties assigned by management.

Requirements/Skills

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO or equivalent.
• Valid Nigerian Driver's License.
• Proven years' experience as an executive, corporate, or professional driver.
• Proven experience driving executives, senior management, or high-profile clients is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.
• Strong defensive driving and vehicle-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent punctuality, reliability, and time-management skills.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and communication skills.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record is essential.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
