Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, professional, and responsible Executive Personal Driver who will provide safe and efficient transportation for an executive. The successful candidate should be punctual, trustworthy, familiar with Metro Manila routes, and committed to maintaining the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for the executive to and from business meetings, appointments, and other authorized destinations.
• Plan and identify efficient routes while considering traffic conditions and travel time.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and promptly report any maintenance concerns or issues.
• Observe proper road safety practices and comply with all traffic rules and regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading personal or work-related items when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality at all times.
• Render overtime when needed, depending on the executive's schedule and business requirements.
• Adhere to company health, safety, and security procedures.
• Perform other driver-related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active and valid Driver's License (1 and 2).
• With relevant experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, or Family Driver is an advantage.
• Must have a clean and responsible driving record.
• Familiar with Metro Manila and nearby areas, including major roads and alternative routes.
• Knowledgeable in basic vehicle care and maintenance.
• Physically fit and capable of performing driver-related duties.
• Willing to render overtime when needed.
• Hardworking, dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the executive.
• Willing to comply with company health and safety procedures and requirements.
