Executive Driver

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma: Most roles require a minimum of a high school diploma; some corporate environments prefer vocational training or a bachelor's degree.
• Proven Track Record: Generally 5–10 years of professional driving experience, with at least 2–3 years specifically in an executive or chauffeur capacity.
• Clean Record: A valid professional driver’s license with zero (or very few) traffic violations or accidents.

Essential Skills

• Defensive Driving: Proficiency in advanced driving techniques to handle emergencies, skids, or evasive maneuvers.
• Tech Savvy: Expert use of GPS, real-time traffic apps (like Waze or Google Maps), and secure communication tools.
• Interpersonal Skills: The ability to be polite and helpful while knowing when to remain quiet and give the passenger space.

Physical & Mental Requirements

• Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Stress Management: The ability to remain calm and focused during heavy traffic, bad weather, or last-minute schedule changes.
• Physical Stamina: Capacity for long periods of sitting and the strength to lift heavy luggage (often up to 50 lbs).
