Executive Driver

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, reliable, and discreet Executive Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for company executives. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent driving skills, punctuality, professionalism, and a strong knowledge of Metro Manila roads and routes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Male, preferably 30–50 years old
• Holder of a valid Professional Driver’s License
• At least 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive or Company Driver, preferably for senior executives
• Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations or accidents
• Extensive knowledge of Metro Manila roads, routes, and traffic conditions
• Proficient in using GPS, navigation applications, and other mapping tools
• Knowledgeable in road safety regulations and proper vehicle operation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual, reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
• Polite, courteous, and professional in dealing with executives, clients, and other individuals
• Well-groomed and maintains a professional appearance
• Willing to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
• Willing to be assigned in Clark Pampanga
• Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the executive's schedule, activities, and other company matters
• With good moral character
• Must provide active and verifiable character references from previous employers
• Must have complete and updated employment requirements, including NBI Clearance, Police Clearance, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other applicable documents

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport company executives to meetings, appointments, business engagements, and other destinations
• Ensure the executive arrives at destinations safely and on time
• Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to minimize travel time
• Maintain the vehicle in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition
• Conduct regular basic vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or mechanical concerns
• Coordinate with the executive's office regarding schedules, pick-up points, and changes in itinerary
• Exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Observe proper driving etiquette and all applicable traffic and road safety regulations
• Perform other driver-related duties as may reasonably be assigned
