Executive Driver

Job Summary: The Executive Driver is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and reliable transportation for executives and other high-level personnel. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and familiarity with local traffic laws and routes.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation:

Safely transport executives to meetings, events, and other appointments.

Ensure timely arrivals and departures, considering traffic patterns and alternate routes.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle.

Perform regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.

Route Planning:

Plan and navigate optimal routes using GPS and local knowledge.

Stay informed about road conditions, construction, and detours.

Confidentiality and Discretion:

Handle sensitive information with discretion.

Maintain confidentiality regarding all executive matters.

Communication:

Maintain open communication with the executive and the administrative team regarding schedule changes.

Provide regular updates on travel conditions and estimated arrival times.

Additional Support:

Assist with loading and unloading luggage and other items as needed.

Be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

5-7 years driving experience

Proven experience as a driver for executives or in a similar role.

Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.

Familiarity with the local area and routes.

Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

Working Conditions: The position may require long hours, including evening and weekend shifts, and the ability to work on short notice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₦120,000.00 per month
