Executive Driver

About the role

The Executive Driver is responsible for safely transporting executives, guests, and company personnel to and from designated locations in a timely and professional manner. The role requires excellent driving skills, discretion, punctuality, and a high level of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Safely drive executives to meetings, appointments, events, and other business-related destinations
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition at all times
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and arrange for maintenance or repairs when necessary
• Plan efficient routes to avoid delays, considering traffic and weather conditions
• Assist executives with loading/unloading luggage, documents, or other items as needed
• Maintain confidentiality regarding executives' schedules, conversations, and company matters
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, tolls, and maintenance expenses
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company transportation policies
• Perform errands or other tasks as assigned by management
• Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays when required

About you

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably as an executive or personal driver
• Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic regulations
• Defensive driving skills and knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting/basic maintenance
• Trustworthy, discreet, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to assist with carrying items if needed
• Knowledge of GPS and navigation applications such as Google Maps or Waze
• Basic first aid knowledge is an advantage
