Job Summary

The Executive Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services to company executives, guests, and other authorized personnel. The role requires professionalism, discretion, punctuality, and adherence to traffic regulations while ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned vehicles.

Key ResponsibilitiesTransportation Services

• Safely transport company executives, visitors, and guests to and from designated locations.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading personal belongings, documents, and other items when necessary.
• Be available for flexible working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
• Monitor fuel levels, tire condition, oil, brakes, lights, and other vehicle systems.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, registration renewals, and insurance requirements.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation at all times.

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, toll fees, and vehicle maintenance.
• Submit vehicle-related reports and expense documentation on time.
• Coordinate with administrative personnel regarding vehicle servicing and transportation schedules.

Safety and Compliance

• Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Practice defensive driving techniques to ensure passenger safety.
• Protect confidential information obtained during transportation of executives and business discussions.
• Immediately report accidents, incidents, or vehicle concerns to management.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational graduate; college-level education is an advantage.
• Valid Professional Driver's License with clean driving record.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Driver, Company Driver, or Personal Driver.
• Familiarity with Metro Manila, nearby provinces, and major road networks.
• Ability to use navigation applications such as Google Maps and Waze.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Trustworthy, dependable, and highly discreet.
• Physically fit and willing to work extended hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving senior executives, expatriates, or VIP guests.
• Basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
• Defensive driving training certification is an advantage.

Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Administration Manager, HR Manager, or assigned Executive.

Working Conditions

• Field-based role with frequent travel.
• Flexible work schedule based on executive requirements.
• May require overtime, weekend, or holiday work.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
