Executive Driver

A. Education

At least a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Vocational, technical, or other relevant training is an advantage.

B. License and Driving Requirements

• Must possess a valid Philippine driver's license with the appropriate restriction/s or classification for the assigned Company vehicle.
• Must have a clean or acceptable driving record.
• Must be physically capable of safely performing the essential functions of the position.
• Must comply with all applicable legal requirements for operating the assigned vehicle.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Executive Transportation

• Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation to designated Company executives, officers, authorized employees, clients, guests, and other persons as specifically authorized by Management.
• Pick up and drop off executives and authorized passengers at designated locations according to approved schedules and instructions.
• Monitor transportation schedules and anticipate travel requirements to ensure timely arrival at meetings, appointments, business activities, airports, hotels, and other destinations.
• Assist passengers, when reasonably required, with loading and unloading luggage, documents, packages, or other authorized items.
• Exercise appropriate discretion and professional conduct when transporting executives, customers, business partners, and other guests.
• Maintain awareness of traffic conditions, road closures, weather conditions, parking restrictions, and other factors that may affect travel time.
• Select safe and practical routes while considering traffic, road conditions, travel time, security, and passenger requirements.
• Promptly communicate significant travel delays, vehicle issues, accidents, emergencies, or other circumstances that may affect the assigned schedule.
