Job Description

We are looking for a professional and reliable Executive Driver / Company Driver to provide daily transportation support for company management and assist with general company driving duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation for company executives and management.
• Pick up and deliver documents, small parcels, and other company items as required.
• Plan appropriate routes according to traffic conditions and schedules to ensure timely arrival.
• Maintain company vehicles in clean and excellent condition.
• Monitor vehicle registration, insurance, servicing, inspection, and other related records and renewal dates.
• Arrange routine vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections when required.
• Strictly maintain confidentiality regarding company business, executives’ schedules, destinations, clients, and any information encountered during work.
• Be flexible with working hours and available for overtime when required.
• Perform other driving and vehicle-related duties assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving Licence.
• Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and major locations, particularly Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Good driving record and strong awareness of road safety.
• Professional appearance, good manners, and appropriate business etiquette.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Able to work flexible hours and accept overtime when required.
• Previous experience as an Executive Driver, Personal Driver, or Company Driver is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills are required; Arabic or Chinese communication ability would be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates who are mature, discreet, service-oriented, and familiar with supporting senior management or executives. The successful candidate should understand professional boundaries and be able to handle confidential information appropriately.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
