EXECUTIVE DRIVER / PERSONAL SECURITY OFFICER

About the role

We are seeking a highly professional, disciplined, and security-conscious Executive Driver / Personal Security Officer to provide executive transportation and personal security support to company management. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, sound judgment, discretion, and a commitment to the safety, security, and confidentiality of the executive under their care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for company executives to business meetings, official engagements, and other authorized destinations.
• Plan and assess travel routes in consideration of traffic conditions, schedules, and applicable safety requirements.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent operating condition through regular inspections, cleanliness, preventive maintenance coordination, and timely reporting of defects.
• Ensure proper handling of vehicle documents, maintenance records, fuel monitoring, and other related requirements.
• Maintain a high level of situational awareness while transporting and accompanying the assigned executive.
• Identify and promptly report potential safety, security, or operational concerns.
• Apply appropriate defensive driving practices and established security protocols during transportation and official engagements.
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion when responding to unexpected situations or changes in travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with designated company personnel on transportation schedules and security-related requirements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive movements, schedules, personal information, company operations, and other sensitive matters.

About you

• Preferably a former or current member of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine National Police, or a qualified professional security organization, subject to applicable employment and service requirements.
• Previous experience in executive driving, security driving, personal protection, or a comparable role is highly desirable.
• Must possess a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle to be operated.
• Demonstrated knowledge of defensive driving, road safety, route planning, and basic security procedures.
• Familiarity with Metro Manila roads, traffic conditions, and navigation applications.
• Must be physically fit, alert, dependable, and capable of exercising sound judgment under pressure.
• Must demonstrate integrity, discretion, confidentiality, and a high level of professional discipline.
• Must have a satisfactory employment and background verification, conducted in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, when operationally necessary and subject to applicable labor regulations.
• Completion of defensive driving, first aid, emergency response, or relevant security training.
