Executive Education & Skill Development

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Implementation & Coordination

• Assist in the end-to-end implementation of education and skill development projects across the state.
• Coordinate project activities as per defined objectives, timelines, and targets.
• Support the State Team in ensuring smooth execution of projects at the district and field levels.

2. VLE & CSC Academy Management

• Coordinate with CSC VLEs and CSC Academies to drive student registrations, enrollments, training delivery, and course completion.
• Provide operational support to existing CSC Academy centres.
• Assist in identifying and setting up new CSC Academy centres across the state
• Follow up with VLEs to achieve project-wise targets and timelines.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with district officials, Government/Semi-Government departments, VLEs, academic institutions, training partners, and local authorities.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for smooth implementation of projects and resolution of operational issues.

4. Monitoring & Reporting

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly project KPIs, including student registrations, enrollments, batch commencement, batch completion, and certifications.
• Maintain project-related MIS and databases.
• Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for State and Central Management.
• Identify gaps against targets and coordinate corrective actions.

5. Mobilization & Awareness

• Support and conduct awareness campaigns, workshops, orientation programmes, and community mobilization activities.
• Promote education and skill development programmes at the grassroots level through CSCs and VLE networks.
• Support local outreach activities to increase participation and enrollments.

6. Grievance & Operational Support

• Act as a point of contact for field-level operational queries related to education and skill development projects.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams for timely resolution of issues.
• Follow up on training centre, enrollment, certification, and other project-related grievances.

7. Field Coordination

• Undertake regular field visits across the state as required.
• Monitor project implementation at CSC Academies and other training centres.
• Provide on-ground support to VLEs and project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Project Management, Information Technology, Education, or a related discipline.
• MBA/Masters degree will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 1- 3 years of experience in project coordination, education, skill development schemes, CSR initiatives, government projects, or the education/EdTech sector.
• Experience working with Government/Semi-Government projects or field-level programmes will be preferred.
