Executive, Electrical

We are seeking a competent and experienced Executive, Electrical to support the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the Mall’s electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, inspect and maintain electrical installations and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out root cause analysis.
• Coordinate power shutdowns, repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Supervise electricians and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Inspect tenant electrical installations during and after renovation works.
• Support testing, commissioning, audits and electrical safety assessments.
• Prepare electrical and electricity consumption reports.
• Coordinate contractors and assigned electrical projects.

Requirements

• Minimum SKM (Malaysian Skills Certificate) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Good knowledge of electrical safety, statutory compliance and local authority requirements.
• Good troubleshooting, supervisory and communication skills.
• Possession of a valid Chargeman B0 competency certificate will be an added advantage.
• Able to respond to emergency and operational requirements when necessary.
