Basic Knowledge of IMS.
Basic Knowledge of 5s Safety.
Basic Knowledge compounding line maintenance.
Requirements
- Graduate - Mech. / Diploma - Mech. / B.Tech. / M. Sc. / Plastic - Engineer / Polymer Technology
- Technical Knowledge regarding compounding Technology / Composition of products / Operation Knowledge
- Minimum 02-05 years of experience
Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Authorities
- Manpower Management (shifts)
- Reduce the scrap % to the minimum possible.
- Manpower Planning (shift)
- Production Supervision
- Smart utilization of resources to yield their durability.
- Machine wise output as per grade and PPC requirement.
