Executive - Engineering (Plant maintenance API)

Position: Executive / Sr. Executive Mechanical

Location: Vadodara

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 4–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of pharmaceutical process and utility equipment.
• Handle maintenance of reactors, centrifuges, dryers, jet mills, chillers, air compressors, water systems, and other plant utilities.
• Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime through effective maintenance planning and execution..
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for smooth plant operations.
• Maintain maintenance records, documentation, and statutory compliance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Hands-on experience in maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing and utility equipment.
• Good understanding of HVAC, Process Water, and DM Water systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements is mandatory.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
