Executive - Engineering (Utilities)

Workdays: Monday - Friday ( 1 Saturday per month)

Working Time: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

1. Engineering & Maintenance Management

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all machinery and utilities.

• Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues to minimize production downtime.

• Manage spare parts inventory, critical equipment list, and maintenance budget.

• Propose/support annual budgets for maintenance improvements and monitor project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.

2. Project & Process Improvement

• Plan and execute engineering projects such as system upgrades, efficiency improvements, new equipment installation, and plant expansion.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, OEE improvement, reliability engineering)

3. Safety, Health, Environment & Compliance

• Ensure engineering operations comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and palm oil industry requirements.

• Lead risk assessments, safety inspections, and corrective actions for engineering-related hazards.

• Support waste minimization, energy conservation, and sustainability initiatives.

4. Leadership & People Development

• Supervise and develop the engineering, maintenance, and utility teams.

• Conduct performance evaluations, training plans, and skill development programs.

• Foster a culture of teamwork, discipline, and technical excellence.

5. Coordination & Communication

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to support plant operations.

• Report equipment performance, maintenance of KPIs, breakdown analysis, and project status to senior management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or other related fields. 
2. Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Plant Operations or Plant Maintenance.
3. Strong knowledge of handling a project in terms of engineering or process improvement.  (Preferred)
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate in English (communication level) and Thai.
5. TOEIC score of at least 500 points (preferred)
