Executive, Enterprise Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Executive, Enterprise Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will help shape enterprise-level strategy by identifying growth opportunities, assessing risks, and guiding portfolio decisions across the organization. The position will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to evaluate adjacent markets and support strategic planning. It will also contribute to M&A strategy development and help translate analysis into clear recommendations for executive decision-making.

Location: Houston, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $260,000 – $290,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Co-lead cross-functional teams to identify corporate-level opportunities and risks.
• Conduct market analysis to support enterprise growth and assess adjacent markets for entry.
• Prepare compelling presentations and facilitate discussions at the senior executive level.
• Analyze and optimize the business portfolio and help define M&A strategies.
• Collaborate with technology strategy and R&D teams to support agile growth strategy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of post-MBA experience in strategy consulting or equivalent, or 12 years in corporate strategy roles.
• Experience leading corporate strategic planning and M&A strategy formulation.
• Proven ability to influence decisions across diverse stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach with high problem-solving capabilities.
