Executive: ERP Developer

Job Profile:

We are looking for an Executive/ Sr Executive: ERP Developer to manage and enhance the organization's ERP platform, provide technical and user support, develop integrations, and automate business processes. The role involves post-go-live support, coordination with implementation partners, and contributing to future application enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibility Areas (include but are not limited to):

• Manage day-to-day ERP operations, user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Configure, customize, and enhance ERP modules, workflows, forms, and reports.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with other business applications.
• Build applications and automate processes using full-stack and low-code/no-code technologies.
• Support database management, data migration, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and implementation partners for issue resolution, knowledge transfer, and system enhancements.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure smooth transition from Hyper Care to regular support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.

Skills and Competencies:

• 35 years of experience in full-stack development, ERP support, or enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise application platforms.
• Working experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Zoho Creator, Zoho One, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Practical experience in JavaScript, Node.js, Python, .NET, React, or equivalent development technologies.
• Experience in REST APIs, system integration, workflow automation, and application customization.
• Working knowledge of SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent databases.
• Experience in reporting, dashboard development, data migration, and application troubleshooting.
• Understanding of ERP processes such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Warehouse Operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in ERP implementation, go-live support, Hyper Care, and vendor coordination will be an added advantage.

Education

• Recently completed B.Tech , Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in ERP platforms, Zoho, Salesforce, or full-stack development will be an added advantage.
