Executive - Examinations [20018]

The Registry is seeking a dedicated candidate to join our team as Executive – Examinations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing examination operations and maintaining academic records, and ensuring compliance with academic policies and examination procedures.
Job Description:

• Manage the operations of examinations
• Coordinate and liaise with Heads of Programmes/Departments on matters related to examinations
• Provide administrative support in the conduct of examinations
• Compile, print, pack and ensure the security of question papers
• Ensure the accuracy of examination results recorded in the Educational Management Extension (EMX), prepare broadsheets, and attend Assessment Board meetings where applicable
• Print semester reports, transcripts and certificates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date academic records in both physical and electronic formats
• Respond to enquiries and communicate examination-related information in accordance with data protection policy

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field of study
• Minimum 2 years' of working experience in the education industry, preferably within Registry or Academic Administration environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines
