Executive – Export & Import Documentation (Customs Clearance)

Position: Customs Clearance ExecutiveCandidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customs Clearance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer proficiency
• Hands-on experience in Shipping Bill filing and Bill of Entry filing
• Good knowledge of HS Code classification, Customs Policy, and DGFT Policy

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and verify documents from customers
• Filing of Shipping Bills (SB) and Bills of Entry (BOE)
• Ensure compliance with Customs and DGFT regulations
• Coordinate effectively with:
• Shippers and Importers
• Shipping Lines
• Internal operations team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customs clearance: 2 years (Preferred)
