Qualification

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
• BBA/MBA in Marketing, International Business, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of export documentation and international trade procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
• Follow up on export and domestic sales inquiries.
• Prepare quotations and sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, dispatches, and shipment schedules.
• Maintain sales records, customer databases, and export documentation.
• Support business development and lead generation activities.
• Ensure timely execution of orders and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Salary

As per company standards and experience.

Reporting To

Sales Manager / Director

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
