Executive, Filed Sales

1. Develop new local customers and maintain customer relations in owned territory.

2. Respond to customer enquiries/complaints.

3. Manage a defined portfolio of potential customers and wins them for a lasting business relationship with DGF.

4. Responsible for establishing customer profiles and customer needs.

5. Highlight to Sales Manager on observations of market dynamics for example competitors' behavioral patterns.

6. Updates sales manager on customer requests and business needs.

7. Work with Operation Team to respond to customer inquiry.

8. Maintain good communication and working relationship with company customers.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree or above.

2. Minimum 3 years Sales and Marketing in freight forwarding industry.

3. Familiar with the industrial development landscape of Shanxi, Ningxia, and Gansu, as well as the potential business opportunities across these regions.

4. Good presentation skills, both in Chinese and English.

5. Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.

6. Result oriented and sales oriented.

岗位职责

4. 负责建立客户档案,并深入了解和挖掘客户需求。

5. 将市场动态观察结果反馈给销售经理,例如竞争对手的市场行为及发展趋势等。

6. 及时向销售经理汇报客户需求及业务机会。

7. 与运营团队紧密合作,共同响应客户需求并提供解决方案。

8. 与客户维护保持良好的沟通及合作关系。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历。

2. 具有3年以上货运代理行业销售及市场开发经验。

3. 熟悉陕西、宁夏及甘肃地区的产业发展布局,并了解区域内潜在业务机会。

4. 具备良好的中英文表达能力。

5. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力及商务谈判技巧。

6. 结果导向,具有较强的销售意识和业务开拓能力。
