Job Descriptions

1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial accounts and reports.
2. Handle audit, taxation, and banking matters in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Review and process suppliers' invoices, staff claims, and petty cash transactions, ensuring proper authorization and supporting documentation.
4. Ensure accurate accounting records and timely data entry into the accounting system.
5. Monitor and evaluate operational processes and recommend improvements where necessary.
6. Verify contractors' progress claims and ensure submissions comply with company policies and procedures.
7. Assist in the preparation and review of monthly management reports and perform analytical reviews of business performance.
8. Provide recommendations and financial insights to support operational decision-making.
9. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities on financial matters.
10. Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience in SAP system is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience in financial reporting, accounts payable, taxation, and audit matters.
