EXECUTIVE - FINANCE & ADMIN

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory and related transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and related schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders on billing, payments, collections, and documentation matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Participate in cash flow planning and monitor bank balances.
• Handle office administrative duties, including business license matters with relevant government departments, office supplies management, travel arrangements for staff, and coordination of office activities, service agreements, and equipment.
• Support overall office administrative operations, including overseeing cleaning staff and managing facility management.
• Assist in reviewing supplier invoices prior to submission to the Finance department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Management from time to time
