Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including timely billing, proper recording of transactions, and verification of vendors’ invoices and supporting documents.
• Monitor cash balances and ensure sufficient funds are available to support daily operations.
• Prepare monthly financial performance and position reports, ensuring proper classification and timely submission for consolidation.
• Perform monthly intercompany and bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding differences.
• Prepare financial forecasts and estimates based on the company’s actual financial performance.
• Support the preparation of audit schedules, audited financial statements, and related financial documentation.
• Liaise with external auditors and assist in resolving audit queries and issues.
• Assist in preparing information and schedules required for tax computation and tax estimates.
• Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process by reviewing, validating, and compiling financial data from various departments.
• Undertake other tasks and assignments as required by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or relevant Professional Accounting qualification.
• Minimum 4–6 years of working experience in a related field.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
