Key responsibilities
Accounts Payable
General Ledger
Cash Flow Monitoring
Fixed Deposits Monitoring
Petty Cash Management
Fixed Assets Management
Schedules & breakdown of Balance Sheet Items
Liaise with External & Internal Auditors
Assist IIAM staff on the know-how of accounting software (ACCPAC)
Attend phone calls on queries from vendors.
Reconciliations
Other ad-hoc matters
Work Experience & Education Requirements:
Minimum of 3 year experience in related filed is required for position. Fresh graduates also encourage to apply.
A degree in accounting / ACCA
Required skills : ACCPAC, Powerpoint, MS Word & MS Excel
Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
