Executive - Finance

Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Executive with 2-4 years of experience to manage day-to-day finance activities, cash flow, fund flow, and MIS reporting. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting and be comfortable working with Excel and financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily/weekly cash flow statements .
• Prepare fund flow statements and track movement of funds.
• Monitor cash and bank balances and ensure sufficient funds are available.
• Prepare regular MIS reports for management.
• Track receivables and payables and support working capital management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for payment and collection requirements.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor banking transactions.
• Analyze financial data and highlight important variances to management.
• Support monthly and yearly closing activities.
• Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders when required.
