HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

• Perform accounting duties across the procure-to-pay cycle with minimal supervision, including purchase order (PO) and invoice vetting, expense claim review, payment processing and voucher preparation in line with internal policies and procedures.
• Support month-end closing activities within agreed timelines and prepare monthly account reconciliations, escalating and following up on outstanding items as appropriate.
• Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports, management reports and analysis schedules as required, and support the annual budgeting process through data compilation and analysis.
• Support the year-end audit by preparing audit schedules and supporting documentation.
• Maintain an accurate vendor master database and support vendor management activities to ensure data integrity and efficient procure-to-pay processes.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance team, ensuring finance records and supporting documents are properly maintained.
• Support finance process improvement initiatives and ad hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor, including procedure documentation and implementation of workflow enhancements.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Diploma in Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience in month-end closing and procure-to-pay processes.
• Strong PC skills, especially in Excel and NetSuite.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good time management skill and attention to detail.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Mature, self-initiated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• A team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
