Executive, Financial Services

Key responsibilities

• Process and administer loan and fixed deposit applications and transactions
• Maintain accurate member, financial and operational records
• Prepare reconciliations, statements, reports and related documentation on loan repayment and operational records
• Provide professional support and guidance to members on financial products and services across multiple service channels
• Support business systems, digital initiatives and process improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Financial Services function

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline, or a Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in the credit co-operative, banking or financial services sector will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail, with experience maintaining the accuracy of high-volume transactions and records
• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation
• Positive, adaptable and able to work effectively under tight timelines and competing priorities
• Team player with a proactive approach to process and service improvement
