Position: Executive - Finished Goods (FG) Warehouse & Dispatch Operations

Location: MNC in Hosur - Tamil Nadu
Experience: Minimum 4~5 Years
Qualification: Any Degree

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive - FG Warehouse & Dispatch Operations to manage end-to-end Finished Goods warehouse and dispatch activities (Domestic and Export).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receipt of FG materials from internal manufacturing plants and external sources.
• Ensure proper material put-away in designated storage locations and maintain FIFO compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through perpetual inventory, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation.
• Perform timely and accurate ERP transactions for all warehouse movements.
• Coordinate packing and inspection activities as per approved packing instructions.
• Plan and execute dispatches to internal plants and external customers.
• Follow up with transporters to ensure on-time delivery and obtain PODs.
• Submit PODs to Finance for sales recognition and maintain records for easy retrieval.
• Closely monitor critical and expedited shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle transit damage claims and coordinate with transporters, insurance companies, customers, and internal teams for claim settlement.
• Optimize transportation costs, warehouse space utilization, and manpower productivity.
• Maintain 7S standards, document control, audit readiness, and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate effectively with PPC, Packing, Quality, Finance, Transporters, Customers, and Cross Functional Teams (CFT).

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge of FG Warehouse, Dispatch, Logistics, and Inventory Management.
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP or equivalent) - Mandatory.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reporting, Data Analysis) - Mandatory.
• Good understanding of POD management, transportation coordination, FIFO, stock control, and warehouse documentation.
• Experience in handling customer deliveries, transporter follow-up, and insurance claims for transit damages.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Language Requirements

Mandatory: English (Read, Write & Speak)

Preferred: Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi

Ideal Candidate

A result-oriented warehouse professional with sound knowledge of Finished Goods Warehouse and Dispatch Operations, capable of driving the complete process from material receipt, storage, inventory control, packing coordination, dispatch execution, delivery tracking, POD collection, insurance claim handling, and Finance handover, while ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
